ILLNESS PRECAUTION

• All medicine needs to be brought to our CNA, Health Aide and paperwork signed by parents, before it can be received on campus. If it is prescription medication, the paperwork requires both the doctor & parent signature.

• If your child is feeling ill in the morning, please do not send them to school. Call the office and get their absence excused.

• If a child has a fever they should not be in school until 24 hours, fever free, with no medication.
